WELCOME BACK!

All of us at Phocus Companies sincerely appreciate your business and hope that you and your family are doing well during these truly unique times we find ourselves in.  We are pleased to announce that we will be reopening our office to visitors and welcoming you back to our offices as of Wednesday, July 1, 2020.

To create the safest environment possible, we have developed several protocols we wish to share so that you have clear expectations of what your experience at our offices will be like.

When your appointment is confirmed by our staff, you will be asked 4 questions from our screening checklist regarding your current health and environmental factors. If you are unable to answer all questions with a “No,” we will kindly ask that your appointment be rescheduled to a time when you will be able to answer all questions negatively.

Upon arrival at our office, you will be asked to wear a mask for your protection as well as that of our team. If you do not have one, we will gladly provide one to you. We have a touchless hand sanitizer station at reception for your use as well. Next, we will complete a touchless temperature scan of each visitor in your party. Last, you will be presented with a copy of the screening checklist to answer, sign, and date the acknowledgement. In addition, all Phocus Companies associates will also be wearing masks to provide the maximum protection.

Should you need to visit our office without a pre-set appointment to drop off or pick up paperwork, we ask that you call the office and notify Ashley, so that we may be prepared for your visit.

We have established a substantive sanitization protocol within our offices to combat the potential health hazards present for all of us. Primarily, our offices have been treated with a hospital grade anti-bacterial spray treatment prior to our reopening to clients. We have engaged a specialty janitorial service that provides daily sanitization of all common areas and high touch points within our office.
Last, after each meeting, our associates are spraying and wiping down all meeting space surfaces, chair arms, and other high touch points to provide you with the most sanitary environment possible for your visit.

We recognize that we have a substantial responsibility to our clients and community to provide the safest environment that we can, and we will continue with these new protocols until the risk of the virus has subsided substantially enough to warrant a reduction in our vigilance. Should you not wish to visit our offices during this time, we will gladly continue to offer you a visit via ZOOM video or telephone to accommodate your services effectively for you from the comfort of your home.

Thank you so much for allowing us to be your Trusted Advisors, and we look forward to seeing you soon!
