Hobbies:
Seth is an avid automotive enthusiast and car collector, going to races, car meets and entering shows. He also enjoys traveling and sightseeing around the world.

Seth graduated from University of Arizona with a BS in Accounting in 1993 and subsequently earned his licensure as a Certified Public Accountant in both Virginia and Arizona. He has over 30 years’ experience, some of which were spent serving the communities of Tucson, AZ and Metro Washington, D.C.

He is the principal of Phocus Accounting and Tax Specialists, PLLC in Phoenix, AZ, where he has managed the firm since 2004. He specializes in advanced tax efficiency strategies and financial statement analysis for closely held businesses and serves clients all around the USA.

Our reputation for honesty, integrity, technical excellence, and genuine concern for clients has led us to provide our service to the greater Phoenix community for more than thirty years. Our founding partner, Mel Fink, started our firm back in 1978 with a vision and a dream. He saw a need in Phoenix’s growing economy to provide quality accounting and tax preparation services at a reasonable price. After 26 successful years and several business iterations, he brought his son, Seth Fink, as his new partner, and together re-branded the firm as a full service CPA firm. Mel passed away in late 2008 at the young age of 69, but his legacy lives on within our halls between the stories shared by clients and staff alike. He was the driving force behind such a tremendous legacy. We dedicate our days to make him proud.
