Today, March 15, 2021 is the the S Corporation and Partnership filing deadline before extensions are required. If you have not yet signed and electronically filed your business returns, they have been automatically extended by us as of today.

We are officially just one month out from the April 15, 2021 individual income tax filing deadline before extensions are required. To guarantee filing on time for this first deadline, your engagement transmittal and source documents needs to be received by our office by today, March 15th. Anything received after today will be extended and will be put into our queue and managed on a first come, first served basis.

This is an extension of time to file and not to pay any taxes due. Should you believe that you may owe taxes this year, please inform us so that we can ensure we review your situation to calculate an estimated payment to be submitted by April 15, 2021.

The next IRS due date is September 15, 2021 when all S Corporation and Partnership tax returns on extension are due. For us to complete these timely for you, we must receive all of your source information no later than Friday July 23, 2021.

The last IRS due date of the year is October 15, 2021 when all individual returns on extension must be filed. For us to complete these timely for you, we must receive all of your source information no later than Friday September 10, 2021.

As always, should you have any questions at all, please feel free to reach out to us.

Thank you!
